This past year was an exciting period of learning and growth for the Foundation of Community Health. As the second year of our new strategic plan, we continued to develop and revise our grantmaking approach, while deepening our partnership with community to improve the conditions that influence health. Over $1M went to 33 nonprofit organizations that serve our rural 17 town region, with nearly $600K allocated towards FCH’s strategic priority area: Strengthen Organizations.
